Use four sessions as a focused block of progress.

4-Lesson Bundles

Bundles are designed for students who know they need more than a single lesson and want enough continuity to identify weaknesses, practice improvements and review progress.

How we use a four-lesson bundle

  • Lesson 1 identifies priorities, current level and the highest-impact areas to address.
  • Lessons 2 and 3 focus on targeted teaching, guided practice and increasingly independent work.
  • Lesson 4 reviews progress, revisits remaining weaknesses and gives the student a clear next-step plan.
  • The exact sequence is adapted to the student; the four lessons do not have to cover the same topic.
  • Track progress across all four lessons. Lesson records help students and parents follow topics covered, strengths, weak points and the next areas to focus on.

Who bundles suit

  • Students preparing for mocks or a specific assessment.
  • Students with several linked weaknesses that cannot be addressed well in one session.
  • Students who benefit from continuity with the same tutor.
  • Families who want a structured short-term plan while saving compared with four individual lessons.

What a session looks like

Bundles are available for eligible KS3, GCSE, A-Level, UCAT, Interview Preparation, Academic Interview Coaching and Personal Statement support. They are intended to support continuity, not to lock students into unnecessary sessions.

Quality & safeguarding: all tutors are DBS checked and safeguarding trained. With student consent, sessions may be recorded for quality assurance so teaching standards can be reviewed and maintained.
How the parent progress portal works

A clear record of each lesson, not just a general progress update.

Once your child begins tuition, parents can be given access to the secure progress portal used by Trojan Tutoring. The portal acts as one place to follow the tuition taking place between lessons.

  1. After the lesson, the tutor records the session. This includes the main topics covered, what the student understood well and any areas where they struggled.
  2. Weak points are identified and carried forward. If a topic is not yet secure, it is recorded so the next tutor session can revisit it through recap, retrieval questions or further exam practice.
  3. Parents can follow the history over time. Rather than relying on occasional verbal updates, you can see what has been taught from lesson to lesson and how previously identified weaknesses are developing.
  4. Next steps stay visible. The tutor can use the previous lesson record to plan what should be reinforced, practiced or progressed next.

Important: The portal is used to organise and share the information. Your Trojan tutor is the person who assesses the student’s strengths, identifies weak points and decides what needs to be revisited.
